WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for this role, you must have:
At least 6 months of housekeeping supervisory experience in Australia
Experience leading or supervising a housekeeping team




Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
A positive and professional attitude
Ability to motivate and support a team
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

YOUR ROLE

You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and supporting the housekeeping team
Checking rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
Training and supporting team members
Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
Assisting with guest housekeeping requests
Working with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensuring guests receive a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience
