Your role

Your Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
Monitor systems and networks to identify, diagnose, and resolve potential problems proactively.
Implement current IT systems including hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.
Support related IT services, including security cameras, access control, and BMS integrations.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of tasks, procedures, and system configurations.





Your Skills & Competencies
Strong hardware skills across desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc.
Solid software expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Windows Server, and Adobe Suite.
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, AI integrations).
Solid cybersecurity awareness including data storage, backup, and retention protocols.
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
Passion for technology with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
