We are at a very solid stage of company growth due to both existing projects and upcoming developments. We are looking for an accomplished, driven and team-oriented Estimator with an exceptional eye for detail and well-developed time management skills to join our business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Pricing labour, materials and onsite equipment prior to commencement of works
Checking Supplier/Subcontractor quotes and issuing purchase orders for onsite works
Assisting with client sales estimates and upgrade costings
Creating and sustaining ongoing relationships with Subcontractors and Suppliers
Updating databases of information




Uploading and approving invoices from Suppliers and Subcontractors
Assisting in resolving on-site issues relating to purchase orders

What you need to join our exciting team
Previous estimating experience in a similar role
Understand construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in simple terms
Robust understanding of workflow stages in the home building industry from inception to construction
Robust time management skills
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Follow instructions accurately
Excellent verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
