About the Role
As their new Landscape Foreman,



you'll take charge of some of Brisbane’s most exciting residential landscaping projects. Leading a skilled and passionate crew, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle - from site prep to the final softscapes, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate a dedicated team on site
Freedom to run your own jobs which include structural landscaping works - decking, fencing, concreting, paving, and retaining walls
Execute soft landscaping such as turfing, garden installation, and irrigation
Interpret and implement landscape plans
Communicate with clients and your Project Manager for smooth project delivery
Train and mentor crew members
