Beerenberg is seeking two experienced HRC Managers to lead front-of-house across café, retail, events and seasonal Strawberry Patch activities. This hands-on role reports to the HRC Venue Manager and drives day-to-day service, rostering and team development to uphold Beerenberg’s standards.
You will champion guest experiences, manage labour and costs, and step into any area to keep service flowing during peak periods while maintaining WHS and food safety compliance.
