This is an exciting opportunity to join a energetic 5-star hotel, where you'll oversee all kitchen operations, inspire a talented team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences across our restaurants, bars, events, and in-room dining.

THE ROLE
• Report to the General Manager
• Lead and mentor the culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Develop and refresh seasonal menus for restaurants, bars, and events
• Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
• Manage food costs, budgets, rostering, payroll, and stock control
• Maintain HACCP food safety standards
• Create revenue-driving food events and promotions
• Work closely with the F&B; and S&M; teams to develop exciting dining experiences

THE MUST HAVES
• Previous Executive Chef or senior leadership experience within a 5-star hotel or premium hospitality environment




• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• HACCP knowledge and experience
• Excellent commercial and organisational skills
• Unlimited work rights in Australia.
