The Role
You’ll have dedicated time to consult with clients by appointment, allowing you to focus on delivering personalised cruise experiences that exceed expectations. From luxury ocean voyages to adventurous expedition cruising, you’ll match clients with their perfect journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and selling bespoke cruise itineraries
Managing client relationships from enquiry to post-travel follow-up
Delivering exceptional,



tailored customer service
Leveraging cruise and travel expertise to maximise sales opportunities
Working collaboratively within a high-performing team

About You
Previous experience in retail travel consulting
Proven sales success and robust conversion ability
GDS experience (Amadeus preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid attention to detail and time management
A genuine passion and interest in cruise products
Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
