SmileFresh has been whitening Brisbane's smiles since 2021 — over 3,200 clients, 1,100+ five-star Google reviews, and a very full diary. We're growing our Teneriffe studio and we're looking for someone to run the chairs with us.

The role:

You'll deliver whitening treatments in our Teneriffe studio. Clients arrive already booked and paid, so there's no selling, no chasing, and no building your own client book, our marketing fills the diary, and you look after the people who walk through the door.

You'll be outstanding at this if you
Genuinely enjoy talking to strangers and are a natural extrovert
Stay calm in busy settings
Take pride in how your customer service ability

Beauty, hospitality, or customer-facing retail backgrounds all translate well. What we can't train is warmth, so bring that and we'll teach you the rest.

Room to grow. We're expanding our trading days and building out the team, more hours and more responsibility are genuinely available to the right person, not a vague promise.
Variety if you want it. We also run mobile treatments across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

The honest bit Sundays are our biggest trading day by a long way. If Sundays don't work for you, this isn't the right role.

If they do, it's a genuinely valuable fit around study, kids, or another job, and there's scope to pick up additional days as we expand.
