Job Description
Annature, an Australian-based digital signature, identity verification and payments company, seeks a friendly, hands-on Account Manager for onboarding and ongoing customer success. You'll be the first real person for recent signups and the main contact for existing customers.

You'll lead one-on-one product tours, qualify signups, answer day-to-day questions, and coordinate with sales when a customised plan is needed. This is a 100% remote role from Brisbane, with training there.
