Keep recruitment, onboarding and staff movements running smoothly so crews stay staffed and the operation can perform at its best.
Support leaders to handle performance, attendance and behaviour conversations in a fair, consistent and process-aligned way.
Coordinate and document investigations and disciplinaries so decisions are well recorded and we can stand behind how issues are managed.
Help deliver People & Culture activities and communications across the site so team members feel informed, supported and connected.
Maintain accurate people data and records in our systems, making it easier to report, spot trends and support site leadership.
