Job Description

Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert to teach AI how to think by crafting reasoning traces for LLMs. This fully remote, hourly contract lets you work on your schedule, 10–40 hours per week, with global collaboration.

You will design and document complex task plans, guide tool use, and contribute to cutting-edge AI research. The role emphasizes independent work, rigorous reasoning, and transparent written communication with researchers across borders.
