Job Description

Alzheimer's Queensland is seeking a capable Lead Dementia Respite Assistant for Gordon Park Centre. The role blends hands-on client care with leadership and service coordination across centre-based respite and community settings.

You will support referrals, introductory visits, activity planning and daily operations while guiding care staff and ensuring high-quality person-centred care for clients living with dementia.
