Job Description

The Beach at ALH Hotels is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to act as a right hand to the Head Chef, stepping in when they are away and driving a memorable dining experience. You will run the kitchen during service, mentor staff, and ensure every plate is prepared with care.

You are a natural leader with solid sous-chef experience in quick-paced venues, have current food safety credentials, and a passion for creating high-quality, consistently excellent food that keeps guests returning.
