The Chance An established commercial real estate agency is looking for an experienced Team Leader - Commercial Property Management to lead its Property Management division.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, mentor and develop the team, maintain key client relationships, and drive the continued growth and performance of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Commercial Property Management team.
Oversee portfolio performance and service delivery.
Build and maintain solid landlord and client relationships.
Support business development and portfolio growth.
Improve systems, processes and operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and agency standards.
Monitor team performance and departmental KPIs.

About You




Extensive Commercial Property Management experience.
Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred
Strong understanding of commercial leases and legislation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive team performance and growth.
