Job Description

Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its largest Southern Hemisphere FC in Australia. You will lead up to 10 technicians, drive preventative maintenance, and champion safety and compliance across the site.

The role blends hands-on maintenance with strategic leadership, including cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement of facility systems and automated equipment.
