About the role

Barnbougle is seeking a confident and capable Sports bar Supervisor / Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Lost Farm Sports Bar. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering a high standard of hospitality, and is ready to take the next step in their career. Working as part of the wider Barnbougle Food & Beverage team, the successful candidate will lead shifts, support and develop the Sportbar team, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities
Lead shifts and ensure the Sportbar operates efficiently and professionally.
Deliver a friendly, relaxed and high-quality experience for all guests.
Supervise, support and motivate the Sportbar team.
Allocate staff and coordinate service during busy periods.
Train recent team members and support the development of existing staff.
Maintain Barnbougle's service, presentation and operational standards.
Manage bar stock, including ordering, stock rotation and participation in stocktakes.




Monitor wastage, cash handling and POS procedures.
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and consistently.
Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team.
