Job Description

Private Advertiser is seeking a Disability Team Leader to oversee Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in SA. You will lead and mentor Disability Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred supports aligned with NDIS standards.

You'll coach staff, drive continuous improvement, manage incidents and collaborate with families, coordinators and health specialists to empower participants with choice and independence.
