This role is responsible for coordinating a team of commercial HVAC technicians, ensuring service jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Working from the office in Artarmon, you'll become part of a supportive team culture where your contribution is valued.
Key responsibilities
Coordinating and scheduling a team of commercial HVAC technicians
Managing service bookings, call-outs and planned maintenance schedules
Communicating with customers regarding service appointments and updates
Monitoring job progress and technician utilisation
Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of works
Updating service information and job records using ServiceM8
Processing work orders, purchase orders and related administration
Delivering a high standard of customer service and support
About you
Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or similar role
Experience coordinating field-based technicians or tradespeople
Solid administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience using ServiceM8 (highly regarded)
The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
A positive, team-focused attitude
