At Motorama Kia & Mitsubishi Moorooka we’re looking for a Service Advisor to provide our service guests with a fantastic experience every time!

The Service Advisor role is a key role in our dealerships. You play a pivotal role helping our guests get their vehicles serviced and resolving any issues they may be having with their vehicles, so this is a role for people who are passionate about great customer service.

What you’ll be doing
Managing the end‑to‑end service process, from customer arrival through to vehicle handover
Providing professional advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Accurately preparing service estimates, quotes, and invoices
Liaising closely with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Keeping customers informed with clear, timely updates on progress and costs




Handling customer concerns or enquiries in a calm, solution‑focused manner
Ensuring service records and documentation are accurate and compliant
Contributing to service targets, customer satisfaction, and team performance

About you:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Dealership will be highly regarded but not essential
Previous experience in a Dealership or automotive environment would be advantageous
Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
Accuracy and a high attention to detail
Current manual driver's licence is desired but not essential
