Provide technical leadership for application security and secure development .
Promote Shift-Left Security and security automation.
Translate technical vulnerabilities into explicit business risks and remediation actions.
Mentor security team members and maintain high-quality security assessment standards.
8+ years of Security Testing experience .
Robust Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment experience.
Strong Application Security & Secure Code Review skills.




Experience with SAST, SCA and vulnerability scanning tools .
Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD security and security automation .
Solid understanding of authentication, authorisation, threat modelling, logging and monitoring .
Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
OSCE/OSWE/CREST-level capability or equivalent.
OSCP, OSCE3, OSWE, CREST, SANS, CISSP or CCSP certifications.
Experience with security architecture, external vendors and exploit development.
