A busy commercial and industrial insulation and sheetmetal business south of Sydney, well known in the trade for the standard of work it turns out and for backing its tradespeople, has a secure pipeline of projects across the region and is taking on several experienced sheetmetal installers to join the crew full time.

About The Role

The work covers pipe insulation, duct lagging, chilled and heating insulation, and passive fire protection systems across commercial and industrial sites. With ongoing project work secured across the region, multiple positions are available. You will be cladding and installing sheetmetal to a high finish standard, largely working to your own initiative once you are briefed on a job.

What You Will Be Doing
Installing sheetmetal cladding to pipes, ducting, and insulated services to a high standard
Reading technical drawings and insulation specifications and working from them unsupervised
Marking out, cutting, shaping, and joining sheetmetal and cladding materials on site
Managing your own work once briefed, without someone standing over you

Who this suits





These roles suit tradespeople who take pride in a clean finish and are comfortable working independently on commercial and industrial sites. You will likely have a couple of years under your belt in sheetmetal installation or cladding, a trade qualification (Certificate 3 in Engineering, Fabrication Trade, Sheetmetal working, or equivalent hands-on experience), and the confidence to read a drawing and get on with the job.
