Job Description

Holy Spirit College in Fitzgibbon, Brisbane, seeks a Head of Pathways and Partnerships to lead the school's career education and partnership program for Years 7–12. You will coordinate staff, monitor outcomes, and build robust relationships with stakeholders in line with BCE values.

The role includes overseeing VET offerings (including RTOs), TAFE at School, apprenticeships and internships, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement in pathways planning and student outcomes.
