Alignerr is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (AI Data Trainer) to help train cutting-edge large language models by teaching AI how to think. You’ll author transparent reasoning traces, document decision processes, and create high-quality training data.

You will work independently on a fully remote, task-based basis, with flexible schedule and potential for ongoing contracts as new projects launch. Background in ML or CS, solid written communication, and meticulous problem-solving are key.
