Job Description

National Australia Bank (NAB) is seeking a Senior Consultant Industrial Relations for a 12-month fixed-term prospect within the People & Culture team. You will drive IR strategy, provide expert advice on risk and compliance, and collaborate with leaders and unions to advance enterprise bargaining and organisational goals.
