Latitude Designs Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, hands-on Property & Logistics Manager to own the residential materials warehouse, equipment, and 12-acre estate on the Gold Coast Mount Nathan area. The role involves managing deliveries, equipment maintenance, stock control, and site preparation for construction projects.

It is not a desk job, and independence with ownership of tasks is expected. The position offers immediate start, variety in daily tasks, and growth with a family-owned business
