Job Description

Windana is seeking a Casual AOD Support Worker for our Barwon Therapeutic Community in Geelong. You will help create a secure, supportive setting during rehabilitation and support residents through admissions, discharges, and ongoing care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to plan treatment, provide practical and emotional support, and participate in group interventions. Windana offers diverse development, wellbeing perks, and respectful, trauma-informed care.
