Sales & Customer Service Team Member – Door & Window Showroom (Beerwah)

We're opening a brand recent door and window showroom in Beerwah and looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our sales team.

About the role:

You'll be the first point of contact for customers in-store — helping with product enquiries, preparing and emailing customer quotes, processing sales and payments, and making sure every customer walks away with a excellent experience. No construction or building industry background required, though prior knowledge of doors, windows, or building supplies is a bonus.

What we're looking for:
Strong customer service skills — retail, hospitality, or similar front-of-house experience welcome
Comfortable with computers/email for preparing and sending customer quotes




Confident handling POS/checkout and basic sales transactions
Friendly, approachable, and happy to learn about our products
Reliable and well-presented
Construction/supplier knowledge not required — full training provided

Pay: $52,880.00 – $85,485.72 per year
