The Craignish Country Club Hotel is looking for a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service on the Fraser Coast.

You will supervise staff in the Bar and Restaurant, manage rosters, ensure RSA/RSG compliance, handle cash at end of day, and train recent staff while building a positive team culture in a hands-on role. This full time position requires rostering across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
