SAP ECP Payroll Functional Consultant

Location: Sydney

Type: Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing key client of ours and play a key role in delivering HRIS transformations.

We’re open to all experience levels , from consultants building their SAP Payroll career through to highly experienced specialists.

What you’ll be doing:
Work across SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations and configuration
Configure Payroll Rules, Schemas and Australian payroll requirements
Support solution design workshops and customer discussions
Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
Deliver customer support and ensure high-quality outcomes
Communicate requirements and changes to stakeholders
Contribute to team development and delivery best practice
Work across the broader SAP SuccessFactors landscape

What we’re looking for:
SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience




Strong understanding of Australian Payroll requirements, including STP, Superannuation and Terminations
Experience working on payroll implementations or support
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Solution design and/or workshop facilitation experience
Relevant tertiary qualification
Australian working rights

Desirable:
Current Employment configuration experience
Time Evaluation configuration experience
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
