The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Exceptional Customer Service: A natural ability to welcome customers and provide a top-notch service experience.
1 year+ barista experience in a speciality coffee environment
Exceptional latte art
Experience with Single O coffee is a plus!
Hospitality Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles within the hospitality industry.
A positive,



resilient attitude with a robust work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the store, ensuring a excellent environment for customers and staff.
Communication Skills: Clear and friendly communication with both customers and team members.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable using a POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
