What you'll be doing

n

n
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our Integrated and Managed Services business unit at Weipa site, ensuring protected, efficient, and compliant service delivery
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, representing REMONDIS locally
n
Lead the team and efficiently managing our solid and liquid waste logistics fleet, landfill and transfer station operations
n
Be responsible for training and developing the team,



safety and customer service excellence
n
Ensure cost effective operations and take accountability for operational financial performance
n
Provide the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, maximize contract profitability and expand our services
n

What you'll bring

Operational workplace expertise and background.

Excellent communication and strong project management skills
n
Proven management and hands-on leadership experience
n
Strong background in waste industry or environmental knowledge
n
HR driver license is required
