The Role
Manage your own desk from client development through to placement
Build and grow strong client and candidate relationships
Source and headhunt through LinkedIn, SEEK and your network
Conduct interviews, manage processes and negotiate offers
Bring ideas and help shape the continued growth of Pathfinder

About You

You’ll ideally have:
Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant experience
A proven track record in recruitment and client development
Strong communication,



relationship-building and influencing skills
A proactive, commercially minded approach
The ability to work autonomously while being a great team player
