Join Our Team at The Injury Hub — Administration Assistant, Full Time / Permanent Part Time The Injury Hub is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the team on a full time or permanent part time basis. Based in Willaston, The Injury Hub is a purpose built, multi disciplinary healthcare facility offering physiotherapy and Pilates, alongside a range of visiting specialists including sports medicine, neurosurgeon, orthopaedic and pain management. You'll be working alongside physiotherapists and visiting specialists in a large rehabilitation gym and dedicated Pilates studio, all within a genuinely supportive and welcoming team.

Key responsibilities
Provide a warm and qualified front desk welcome to all patients and visitors
Manage appointment bookings, patient records and general administrative tasks
Handle phone and email enquiries with clarity, professionalism and empathy




Support physiotherapists and visiting specialists with day to day administrative needs
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

About you
Motivated and enthusiastic with a robust work ethic
Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure in a fast paced setting
Skilled in communication, with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and administrative capabilities
Ideally experienced in a similar admin or receptionist role, or keen to learn and grow
