Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Property Coordinator/Retail Manager to join a specialist retail property management business focused on delivering high-quality shopping centre services and operational excellence.

We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience providing administrative and operational support within retail property management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and tenant satisfaction.

The Retail Manager will play a key role in overseeing the management of two neighbourhood centres in Sydney, handling administrative tasks, tenant communications, and operational processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys contributing to a team-oriented team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the centre management team
Coordinate tenant liaison, maintenance requests, and contractor engagement
Maintain property records, compliance documentation, and operational databases
Assist with operational reports, budgets,



and financial processes
Support centre events, marketing, and community engagement activities
Ensure compliance with WHS policies and statutory requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years' experience in retail property or commercial property administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Cirrus8)
Robust organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
