The Victorian Clinical Genetics Service (VCGS), a not-for-profit subsidiary of Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, seeks a Customer Care Operator (Specimen Reception) to support the pre-analytical stage of genetic testing. You will handle specimens, liaise with labs and clinicians, and ensure timely, accurate processing.

You’ll work in the Customer Care Group, providing essential support across labs and research settings, with rostered shifts 7:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, in Parkville VIC.
