Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced, customer‑centric phone-based customer service operator to support prospective clients navigating the Aged Care journey. You will triage inquiries, build rapport with families, liaise with referrers, and manage leads in the CRM while delivering timely information with empathy.

Based in Macquarie Park with optional work-from-home arrangements, you will join a small call centre reporting to the Team Leader, Inbound Sales Enquiry.
