BaptistCare St Hilary’s in Morwell is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Assistant for casual shifts. The role focuses on keeping residents’ settings clean, tidy and hygienic, with responsibilities spanning bed-making, room cleaning, waste disposal, laundering, and restocking.

Flexibility to cover a rotating 7-day roster is required. Applicants should hold a Food Handling & Hygiene Certificate, be willing to undergo checks, and demonstrate reliability and teamwork.
