About the role

This Property Management role involves full end-to-end management of a quality residential portfolio with a focus on long-term growth and stability, providing premium service and leadership within the department. You will be backed by a dedicated leasing and administrative support team, allowing you to focus on your clients.

Key responsibilities
Full end-to-end management of a quality residential portfolio with a focus on long-term growth and stability
Proactively managing high-level landlord relationships to ensure Ray White West End remains their agency of choice
Driving portfolio performance through proactive rent reviews, lease renewals, and strategic arrears management
Navigating complex tenancy matters and ensuring 100% legislative compliance in line with current QLD standards
Acting as a mentor to junior team members, championing best practice, and contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture

About you




Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in residential property management and a proven track record of success
Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence) and a valid driver's licence are essential
Deep understanding of the RTA legislation and a passion for delivering a market-leading service
Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders with ease and professionalism
Enjoy working within a proven system and take pride in organisational skills
