We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of industrial developments across Melbourne, with a solid focus on warehouses, logistics facilities, and data centre projects. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, from design coordination and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover.

The ideal candidate will bring solid contractor-side or client-side experience in fast-paced industrial and mission-critical environments, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale, high-value projects on time, within budget, and to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial, warehousing, and data centre projects
Manage project scope, programme, budget, risks, and quality outcomes
Drive project execution from design development through to practical completion and handover

Stakeholder Management
Act as primary interface between client, consultants, contractors, and authorities




Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders
Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives

Commercial & Contract Management
Oversee contract administration including head contracts and subcontract packages
Manage variations, claims, and cost reporting in collaboration with commercial teams
Ensure strong cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle

Programme & Risk Control
Develop and maintain detailed project programmes
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

Quality, Safety & Compliance
Enforce high standards of safety across all project phases
Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, authority requirements, and client standards
Promote a solid safety-first culture on site
