Job Description

Thrive Early Learning Centres in Current South Wales and Victoria are seeking a Full time Senior Educator with 5+ years of leadership experience to lead a centre from the front. You will be accountable for quality, compliance, people, families and the centre's commercial performance.

You will report to Area/Cluster leadership and drive a high-standard learning environment. The ideal candidate will bring ACECQA-approved qualifications in early childhood, ongoing safety training, and a solid track
