Job Description

Amazon Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Area Manager to lead our Delivery Station team in Cavan, SA. You will coach and develop associates, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet performance goals.

The role operates on a 12pm-10pm Wed-Sat shift, with a solid focus on Lean improvements and delivering customer orders efficiently.
