Crimp-Tech Australia specialises in the supply and calibration management, of high-reliability tooling for the Private Aviation MRO and Renewable Energy sectors.

We are seeking a dependable team member to support our Commercial Support operations. This role plays a key part in supporting customer requirements, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day business operations.

We are looking for someone with robust learning capacity who is curious, adaptable and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer quotations, enquiries and order processing.
Coordinate suppliers, deliveries and customer requirements.
Monitor supplier commitments, shipment status and lead times while maintaining accurate records and communicating realistic delivery expectations to customers.

Experience

Previous experience in coordination, logistics, or similar service roles will be viewed favourably but is not essential. We are more interested in a candidate's ability to learn, think critically, solve problems and manage information accurately than specific industry experience.
