We are seeking a skilled and experienced full time OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to join our growing team in the Northern Beaches. Market-market-competitive salary negotiable depending on the experience and qualifications.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Tasks include but not limited to:




Service and repair bookings with strata/building manager/tenants
Scheduling technicians
Handling technicians job sheets
Quoting and invoicing
Day-to-day admin in cooperation with the service coordination team and technicians

Skills and experience What we are expecting from the right candidate:
Experience in the fire protection industry
Experience using UPTICK
Team player
Professional, well presented & honest
Highly motivated & driven with close attention to detail
Ability to complete given tasks within agreed timeframe
