About The Role

Program Coordinator | Patient Solutions | Sydney - Hybrid Working Make a Difference Every Day

At DKSH Healthcare Australia, we help patients access the support and services they need throughout their treatment journey.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Program Coordinator to join our Patient Solutions team. In this role, you'll support patients, coordinate appointments, and work closely with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

No previous patient support program experience is required. If you have strong customer service or administration experience and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Deliver

What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for patients enrolled in the program
Coordinate appointments, reminders and follow-up activities
Support patients with program information and service enquiries
Work with healthcare providers and service partners to arrange support services
Make outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointments
Maintain accurate patient records using internal systems




Escalate enquiries and issues to the appropriate team when required
Deliver a positive and supportive experience for every patient

What You Bring

You'll bring:
Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or medical centre roles
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
A skilled and empathetic approach when supporting customers
Healthcare, medical administration or pharmaceutical experience is beneficial but not essential
