Pastry Cook/Baker (Experienced) – Part Time (4 days a week)

Sugar Rush by Steph is a quick-growing, HACCP-certified bakery specialising in high-volume custom cookies for corporate clients and events Australia-wide. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pastry Cook/Baker to join our patisserie team.

Key responsibilities:
Assisting with baking, cooling, and preparing cookies
Operating bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, packing equipment)
Decorating support (fondant prep – training provided)
Packing, labelling, and preparing orders for dispatch
Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP standards
Supporting large-scale production runs and deadlines

About you:
Reliable, punctual,



and able to work in a quick-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
Bakery or food manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
