Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Welder to join our team in Henderson, WA on a full time basis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications
Performing welding and fabrication of steel components using MIG, TIG and arc welding techniques
Cutting, shaping, assembling and joining metal sections and structures
Operating welding equipment, grinders and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
Inspecting completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications




Repairing and modifying metal structures and fabricated components as required
Assisting with the assembly and installation of fabricated products
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and complying with workplace health and safety procedures
Working collaboratively with supervisors, tradespersons and other team members to meet production deadlines

Skills and Experience Required:
Certificate III qualification in Welding, Fabrication or other equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 years’ relevant full‑time work experience as a Welder
Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
Positive functional English
Demonstrated experience in steel fabrication and welding
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
