Marketing & Tenders Coordinator

Deception Bay, QLD | Full time | $65,000–$75,000 + benefits We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing & Tenders Coordinator to join our growing engineering and project delivery businesses.

This is a varied role combining tender administration, marketing, client engagement, compliance and event coordination, with the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring tender portals, identifying opportunities and coordinating tender submissions
Maintaining tender registers, documentation and submission schedules
Preparing capability statements, company profiles and tender brochures
Managing social media and supporting marketing campaigns
Maintaining CRM and client communication records
Managing client insurance certificates and compliance requirements
Coordinating training courses, workshops, presentations and events
Supporting business development initiatives and marketing activities

About you:




Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in administration, marketing, tenders or business development
Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail
Robust organisation and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with social media platforms
Canva, Adobe InDesign or similar experience is desirable
Confident building relationships with clients and stakeholders

Desirable: Experience in engineering, construction, consulting or skilled services, government tendering, client compliance portals, or event/training coordination.
