Job Description

Ivory Group is assisting a Local Government body on the Lower North Shore in Sydney to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner. This hands-on advisory role focuses on complex employee and industrial relations matters, partnering with managers and stakeholders.

n

You will interpret Awards and legislation, provide practical HR advice, support investigations, and liaise with unions when required. Initial 6-month contract, 35-hour week, with up to 2 days WFH and super.
