Job Description

Harmony Early Education is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead a maintenance team across multiple centres, ensuring secure, welcoming settings for children and staff. The role is based at the Harmony Support Office in Helensvale with site travel to centres.

You will oversee contractors, manage budgets, drive compliance with building codes, WHS, and childcare regulations, and partner with Centre Directors to maintain high-quality facilities that support learning and wellbeing.
