Casual Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives? Synergy Community Services is looking for dedicated Casual Support Workers to join our team and help create a better future for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centered care and support to clients with diverse needs, including those living with disabilities and mental health challenges.
Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and community engagement.
Foster independence and encourage social inclusion for clients in all aspects of their lives.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

What We’re Looking For:
Relevant qualifications or experience in disability, mental health, aged care or community services.
A current First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Solid interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.
Flexibility to work various shifts,



including weekends and public holidays.
A driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
